What You'll Do
As a Customer Agent, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting our clients through various channels. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Chat Management: Handle customer inquiries via chat, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Help Center Management: Ensure our help center is up-to-date and user-friendly, creating a seamless support experience.
- Administrative Support: Assist with invoicing, managing public transport subscriptions, and other essential administrative tasks.

- Trilingual: You are fluent in Dutch or French and English, with additional proficiency in the second language of the country (French or Dutech), enabling you to communicate (written) effectively with a diverse customer base.
