1. Purpose

This policy outlines how all stakeholders may raise grievances or report misconduct, and the procedures we follow to address these concerns. It also outlines our strict protections for whistleblowers and our zero-tolerance approach to retaliation.

As part of the D'Ieteren Group, Mbrella also complies with the EU Whistleblower Directive, which requires companies with more than 50 employees to provide a secure and confidential internal channel for reporting serious misconduct, unethical behaviour, or breaches of law.
