4 interviews

  1. Apply for a job via our open job offerings. The hiring manager (the person you’ll be reporting to) then does a first screening of your cv and application answers. Don’t find a role for you? You can still apply! We like entrepreneurial people ;)
  2. A 15-30’ call with another team member
  3. A 1-2 hour interview about your previous work experiences with the hiring manager
  4. Two 50’ interviews about your skills with two other team members. After the last interview, your interviewers hold a decision meeting where they decide if they’ll make you an offer
