At Mbrella, we are building the future of mobility for employers and employees. But we want to do it differently and leave our mark. So we have taken the time to reflect on how we want to do things and what should be at the core of what we do everyday.
The result was 1 mother value, 5 cores values and 10 leadership principles. Our mother value is the why of Mbrella, the reason why we started all this. Core values are what should be at the heart of every decision we take. Leadership principles are a translation of our core values into our key behaviours. For each one, we tried to be concrete and show how this is applied in our daily work.
This document is not a bible that is supposed to be set in stone forever. We count on everyone to challenge it and make sure that our values and leadership principles stay aligned with what we do, how we do it, and why we do it.
It’s the colour of our logo and even the colour of CEO’s eyes (note: edit this part when we change CEO). We are convinced that the future will be green, and the reason why we get up in the morning is to help make it a bit greener. One shared car at a time, one mobility budget at a time, one company bike at a time. We want to make the world a greener place, no kidding.
